By accessing, downloading, or using Globi (the "Application" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
For purposes of these Terms, "Globi," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Globi Social, Inc.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Globi is a social networking and social discovery platform that enables users to create profiles, interact with content, discover other users, participate in community features, and communicate through the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without liability.
To access or use the Service, you represent and warrant that you:
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
Globi reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether conduct violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to the Service ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Globi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content solely in connection with operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
Your use of the Service is also governed by Globi's Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of these Terms.
Violation of the Community Guidelines constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Globi does not conduct background checks, identity verification, or criminal screenings of users.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Your use of the Service is subject to Globi's Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Globi may offer paid, automatically renewing subscriptions, including Globi Plus, through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The subscription price, billing period, currency, and included features will be displayed before purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store to charge the displayed subscription price and any applicable taxes at the beginning of each billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account or Google Play account. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the policies of the applicable app store.
Deleting the Application, deleting your Globi account, losing access to your account, or having your account suspended or terminated does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You remain responsible for canceling your subscription through the app store through which it was purchased.
Payments, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are processed and administered by Apple or Google in accordance with their applicable policies and applicable law. Globi does not receive or store your complete payment-card information and does not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
Subscription benefits are personal and non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, transferred, commercially exploited, or used in violation of these Terms.
Globi may modify subscription features or prices, subject to applicable law and applicable app-store requirements. Price changes will take effect in accordance with the notice and consent requirements of the applicable app store.
Where supported, eligible purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases feature.
Certain Globi Plus features may be described as "unlimited." "Unlimited" means that Globi does not impose a standard numerical quota intended to restrict ordinary, good-faith personal use of those features.
To promote fair access, protect users, maintain the security, reliability, availability, and performance of the Service, and prevent spam, bots, automated activity, scraping, fraud, abuse, circumvention, or disproportionately burdensome activity, Globi may apply reasonable rate limits, temporary restrictions, verification requirements, or other technical and safety safeguards.
These safeguards are not intended to materially restrict ordinary personal use. Globi may adjust them as reasonably necessary based on service capacity, operational requirements, security risks, abuse patterns, or the effect of activity on Globi or other users. Globi is not required to disclose exact thresholds, detection methods, or security controls. For more details on our user-first approach, please see our Fair Use Guidelines.
Users may not bypass or attempt to bypass these safeguards. Automated, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or disproportionately burdensome activity may result in temporary restrictions, reduced functionality, suspension, or termination of access to the Service.
Globi may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
GLOBI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBI SOCIAL, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.
This agreement is solely between you and Globi Social, Inc.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and bear no responsibility for the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
